We understand every client is unique and we are able to formulate a claims management program specific to your needs. As part of our services, we will assist in every aspect of claims management, including but not limited to:

• Develop client specific claims service instructions
• Report claims/losses to the appropriate carriers
• Monitor open claims, and assist client with the defense, negotiation and/or settlement of these claims.
• Review claims and losses for potential coverage issues
• Prepare claims status reports and conduct claims reviews, as requested by Client
• Review loss runs and incident reports to determine loss trends and provide recommendations to prevent and/or reduce the frequency and/or severity of those losses.
